What We're Looking For

With a gross budget spend of £950m, pension fund with a current asset value of £2.3bn and a history of resilient financial management, we are now looking for an innovative and results-driven Executive Director to lead us through the next stage of our financial journey.

You will have a positive approach and bring new ideas, astute insight and analytical skills to the corporate management table.

A section 151 officer, you will be a CCAB-qualified accountant (eg qualified member of CIPFA, Institute of Chartered Accountants) with an track record of financial management and resource planning.

Timeline for recruitment

  • Deadline for applications - Sunday, 11 November

    We will conduct a short prescreen to understand more about you alongside psychometric testing before meeting with the corporate management board (CMB). This can all happen by telephone and online.

  • Interviews with CMB members - 21 to 23 November

    This will be a competency and behaviours-based interview in Lincoln.

  • Appointments committee – 3 & 4 December

    Interviews and presentations to be held in Lincoln.
